Alejandra Saavedra, LMHC

Alejandra Saavedra is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor whose passion is helping adults in resolving relationship conflicts, as well as personal struggles and crises. She specializes in helping clients to improve their self-knowledge and to promote their self-growth. Her approach is to create a safe environment for sharing and growing. My favorite technique is genogram, which helps to explore individual and family patterns

Alejandra is originally from Caracas Venezuela, where she completed her Bachelors in psychology and a Master's degree in mental health counseling. After moving to the United States, she realized that her passion and commitment was to help couples and families and pursued her Master's in Marriage and family therapy.

Alejandra believes that everyone is unique, therefore the techniques that she utilizes are tailored to each and every client. Alejandra has over 10 years in mental health working for different community mental health programs which have helped her to further develop her clinical skills.

In her free time, Alejandra enjoys spending time with her family and friends, enjoying the outdoors, and playing all kinds of board games with her loved ones.

Alejandra es una terapeuta especializada en ayudar a los adultos a resolver conflictos en las relaciones, así como luchas y crisis personales. Se especializa en ayudar a los clientes a mejorar su autoconocimiento y promover su crecimiento personal. Su enfoque es en crear un entorno seguro para compartir y crecer. Su técnica favorita es el genograma, que le ayuda a explorar patrones individuales y familiares

Alejandra es de Caracas Venezuela. En su país natal, ella completó una licenciatura en psicología y una maestría en salud mental. Cuando emigre a Estados Unidos, completó una maestría en terapia matrimonial y familiar. Durante todos estos años como terapeuta he participado en diferentes formaciones y creo que cada individuo es único, por lo que se aplicarán diferentes técnicas en las sesiones.

En mi tiempo libre, disfruto pasar tiempo con mi familia y amigos, amamos los juegos y el tiempo al aire libre.
