Amber Casas
Amber Casas is a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Florida. She takes a holistic and intuitive approach, empowering clients to tap into their strengths and explore their role in cultivating supportive and meaningful relationships.
Amber specializes in supporting teens, adults, couples, and families as they navigate life changes, relationship challenges, and difficult seasons of life. Recognizing that clients are the experts of their own lives, Amber guides them toward building resilience, strengthening connections, and deepening their understanding of themselves. By combining mindfulness and narrative tools with evidence-based techniques such as Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and the Gottman Method for couples, she works with clients to explore what matters most to them and live in alignment with their values. Amber believes healing happens when clients feel seen, heard, and supported in a safe, collaborative space that honors their whole selves and the relationships and systems that shape their lives.
Favorite quote: “To be human is to need others, and this is no flaw or weakness.” - Sue Johnson
Amber holds onto this quote in her personal life and in her work, believing that we all need connection and there is nothing wrong with that. In therapy she prioritizes discussing what it means to feel supported, understood, and less alone at your own pace.
When she's not in the office you can find her giving astrology readings or on a coffee date with her friends.
What brightens her day most is knowing that a client feels that their voice matters and they feel safe in a space that they collaboratively created together.
