Nadinna Guerrero is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern. She specializes in working with children, teens, young adults, and individuals. Treating issues such as: Anxiety, Depression, Body image issues, ADHD and Parenting concerns.

Her passion is empowering clients to establish boundaries in their relationships and achieve their goals to overcome their struggles.

She utilizes a combination of Gestalt, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), ACT, and mindfulness to help her clients to regulate their emotions, challenge their negative thoughts and focus on relaxation and the present moment.

Nadinna describes herself as an optimistic, warm, kind, and compassionate therapist who brings patience and attentiveness to her sessions. She believes that it is her compassionate nature and strength that allow her to assist her clients in overcoming difficulties. Nadinna brings her experience of having worked with elementary, middle, and high school children as a youth mentor in many school settings as well as her church for the last 10 years.
