Liz Sanchez-Solano is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Mental Health Counselor. With a rich background in the mental health field since 2005 and practicing as a therapist since 2014, Liz brings a wealth of experience and empathy to her clients.

Having received comprehensive training in a diverse range of treatment interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Person-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, Liz is well-equipped to tailor her approach to suit each client's unique needs.
Outside of her practice, Liz cherishes spending quality time with her family and friends, utilizing technology to connect with her loved ones in New York through frequent video calls. She enjoys unwinding by watching TV, reading, and immersing herself in music. Liz values self-care and allocates time for herself, embracing activities like taking long hot showers or savoring a cup of coffee.
