Nadinna Guerrero is a Registered Mental Health Counselor. She specializes in working with children, teens, young adults and individuals.
Her passion is to empower her clients to achieve their goals and overcome their struggles. She treats Anxiety, Depression, Body image issues, ADHD and Parenting concerns.
She utilizes a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), ACT and mindfulness to help her clients to regulate their emotions, challenge their negative thoughts and focus on relaxation and the present moment.
Nadinna describes herself as an optimistic, warm, kind and compassionate therapist who brings patience and attentiveness to her sessions. She believes that it is her compassionate nature and strength that allows her to assist her clients to overcome difficulties. Nadinna brings her experience of having worked with elementary, middle and high school children as a youth mentor in many school settings as well as her church for the last 10 years.
Her favorite quote is "Be kind and merciful. Let no one ever come to you without coming away better and happier". This quote is meaningful to her because it proves that we have more control in our lives than we think.
When she is not at the office, Nadinna enjoys reading, watching Lionel Messi, swimming in the ocean and spending time with family and friends!
