Stacie Boyar has spent the last 12 years dedicated to transforming lives as a compassionate therapist. Specializing in depression, anxiety, PTSD, eating disorders, and couples work, Stacie has become a trusted beacon of hope for countless individuals and families.Through extensive training and a wealth of hands-on experience, Stacie combines CBT (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and positive psychology techniques.

When she’s not working, she loves spending time with her family, practicing Pilates, and immersing herself in a good book.
