His passion is to work with Teens, Families and Individuals. His prior work in Teen treatment centers has helped him to identify with the needs of evolving young adults. William believes that his most important role is to help individuals who are experiencing trauma, grief and loss. He is able to understand others and to create a safe environment for them. He uses CBT, client centered and mindfulness techniques in his work with clients.

William’s strength is in Transformational Leadership. He feels that he is an agent for change and he can help his clients to get in touch with their unique leadership style by helping them to evolve while facing new challenges. He credits his ability to create change due to being an individual who has overcome adversity and who has broken stereotypes in his own life journey which he feels has helped him to become a better therapist. William brings his positive energy and open mindedness to his clinical work. He has been working in the Mental Health field for the past two years.
